Frank Winston, Jr.
President
 Frank has been with the company since its inception in
1974. He learned his skills from a Master Carpenter - his
father, the late Frank Senior, founder and Chairman of the
Board. Frank is a hands-on corporate officer,
knowledgeable in all phases of the business. He is
responsible for implementing new designs and products,
monitors factory production, oversees commercial and
specialized projects, and is instrumental in general
business development. |

Donna Johnson
Vice President
 Donna is a Winston by birth (Frank's sister) and was
recruited into the family business in 1986, by her late
father, Frank Senior. Originally in bank financing, Donna
oversees the administrative aspects of the company. She
also is involved in customer relations, and makes it her
goal to always provide excellent service. |

 Ann Winston
Corporate Secretary
Ann is the late Frank Senior's wife. She has been with the
company since day one. Always supportive of her husband's
ventures, she is the backbone of this family-owned
business. Although well entitled to be retired, she
devotedly shows up a few times a week to provide moral
support, goodwill and fresh humor. Customers and employees
alike enjoy talking with Ann and she still handles various
work related issues, both big and small. |

 Keith (Alan) Lawson
Executive Sales Manager
Keith has been with the company since 1977. Considered
Frank's "right-hand man," Keith has been involved in all
phases of the business. He started in production as a
cabinet maker and quickly rose through the ranks. He now
works in the office, handling requests for pricing, design
and customer service issues. He also meets with designers
and their clients to help create unique and customized
furniture tailored to their needs.
